Family Reunion Welcome Package

We thought it was nice to have a welcome package for each family group that registered for the reunion. My rule was to make one envelope for each person who sent me a check. In their packet I put one set of materials for each person they paid for. Each package was an 8x10 envelope. On the outside I wrote the name of the person who sent the check and the names of those whose materials were inside. Each envelope contained:

Agenda for the reunion
List of all family members who are attending, with home addresses
Feedback form
I wish I'd included a self addressed stamped letter envelope to return the feedback form to me.

Some family word puzzles that Susan Marrier made up
A map of the hotel grounds, highlighted to show the location of the first night's supper
Miscellaneous tourist stuff we picked up at the hotel lobby

	3:00- 7:00 PM	Registration (room check-in from 4:00) Family information on display, interactive displays, optional activities and games. Face painting for children.
	5:00-7:00	Come-and-Go supper in suite #___________
	7:00-9:00	Welcoming, Orientation, Ice-Breakers
FRIDAY
	7:00 AM	Morning Exercise (Tai Chi style)- Beginners welcome.
	7:00-11:00	Breakfast
	9:00-11:30	Free time for visiting, tennis, fishing, golf, hiking, swimming, etc. Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls, Fishing, Golf, Nature Hikes, etc.
	12:00 - 2:30	Grampa Woo cruise (The cost of this cruise is not included in your registration fee. Adult: $18.00 Child: $10.00
	3:00-4:00	Free time for visiting, swimming, etc.
	4:00	Family Conference, awards.
	5:30	300th Birthday Dinner in honor of Johann Thomas Engelhorn I, b. 1702.
	7:00	(depending on weather) Marshmallow Roast, campfire, Memorial Vespers, singing, storytelling. Star Gazing (Perseid meteor shower).
SATURDAY
	7:00 AM	Morning Exercise (Tai Chi style)- Beginners welcome.
	7:00-8:30	Breakfast
	9:00-?	Break-out excursion: Canal Park
	?-5:00	Free time for visiting, tennis, fishing, golf, hiking, swimming, etc
	5:30	Group Photos – location to be announced
	6:00	Dinner (evaluation forms available for table groups)
	7:30	(depending on weather) Marshmallow Roast, campfire, Memorial Vespers, singing, storytelling. Star Gazing (Perseid meteor shower).
SUNDAY
	7:00 AM	Morning Exercise (Tai Chi style)- Beginners welcome.
